About the Role
The Creative Director is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and output of an organization. They lead and manage the creative team, and work closely with other departments to develop and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Oversee and manage the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their full potential
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Ensure that all creative work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies, photographers, and videographers
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and new creative techniques and tools
Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and stakeholders, and provide guidance and insights to help inform business decisions.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role
A strong portfolio of successful creative campaigns and projects
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A deep understanding of brand identity, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
Knowledge of creative software tools and design principles
