About the Role
The Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of a company's marketing campaigns and projects. They will manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, and ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the creative team in the development of marketing campaigns and projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Mentor and guide creative team members to help them achieve their full potential
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and new creative techniques and tools
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies, photographers, and videographers.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a creative management role
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A deep understanding of brand identity, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior
Knowledge of creative software tools and design principles
A portfolio of successful creative campaigns and projects
