About the Role

The Creative Manager is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and execution of a company's marketing campaigns and projects. They will manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, and ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative team in the development of marketing campaigns and projects

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns

  • Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Mentor and guide creative team members to help them achieve their full potential

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing channels

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and new creative techniques and tools

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as agencies, photographers, and videographers.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative management role

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • A deep understanding of brand identity, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior

  • Knowledge of creative software tools and design principles

  • A portfolio of successful creative campaigns and projects
